HOW MUCH DOES THE DELIVERY FEE AND SALES TAX COST?

The delivery fees and sales tax are included in the price listing for customers ordering from Singapore. In other words, the price you see is the price you get. No hidden charges.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER SIZES ASIDE FROM THE ONES LISTED?

Yes! Feel free to check with us if you're looking for a size that is not listed. Sneakers are subjected to availability.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?

We accept Visa and PayPal.

CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER CONFIRMING IT?

Unfortunately, confirmed orders cannot be amended or cancelled.

WHAT IF I CANNOT MAKE PAYMENT IN TIME?

We apologize if you are experiencing difficulties in making payment. Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 2 hours. 

DO YOU PROVIDE RETURNS?

As our orders are imported directly from USA and Europe, we are unable to accept returns. However, we quality check every single pair of sneakers we received for any signs of wear-and-tear before we send them out to you. Kindly ensure that the size of the sneaker you are ordering is correct.

WHERE CAN I COLLECT MY PARCEL?

Unfortunately, we do not offer self-collection.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PARCEL? (SINGAPORE)

Depending on the the brand of sneakers ordered, you should receive them any time between 5 to 15 business days.

DO YOU DELIVER TO JURONG ISLAND?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Jurong Island.
